海鲜配酒,再来点水果,有点爽?

餐桌上,往往少不了酒和茶,很多朋友饭后还会来点水果。不过,当你这一顿正餐吃了海鲜,并同时饮酒、饮茶或者吃水果的话,
就既不科学也不健康了,有可能会引起毒性反应
诸如恶心、呕吐、胃肠道不适、腹痛和腹泻等等。

酒精、茶水、水果,都不是海鲜的好搭档

众所周知,海鲜的蛋白质含量很高,且富含嘌呤,如果在吃海鲜的同时喝酒,尤其是啤酒,有可能会导致尿酸升高,从而增加痛风、结石的风险。因而对于罹患痛风、关节炎的患者来说,不宜多吃海鲜,也不宜多饮酒。此外,由于海鲜中富含蛋白质和钙质,而茶水中则富含鞣酸,海鲜就茶可能会导致蛋白质凝结,鞣酸还会与钙离子结合成不溶性的钙盐,从而导致呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等“上吐下泻”的情况。但人们往往会将此“恶果”归咎于海鲜不新鲜,而忽视了茶水中鞣酸的问题。但实际情况是:海鲜不宜与茶水同时吃,尤其是发酵饮料,如乌龙茶等更应相互避开。还有,吃海鲜后也不宜马上吃水果,原因与喝茶的情况相类似,均可导致海鲜在体内不易被消化而引发胃肠道问题。折中方案是,吃完海鲜后至少间隔2个小时后才能喝茶或者吃水果。

品尝海鲜时还应该注意什么?

海鲜务必煮熟:海鲜中的病菌主要是副溶血性弧菌等,耐热性比较强,80℃以上才能被杀灭。另外,海鲜中还可能有寄生虫卵以及加工所带来的病原性微生物,因此,一般需在沸水中至少煮4~5分钟,海鲜务必煮熟!
这些人应少吃或不吃:对于过敏体质的人来说,应尽量避免吃海鲜。因为海鲜性偏寒,脾胃虚弱、体寒的人应少吃。
海鲜和冷饮不要同时吃:吃海鲜时除了应避免同时喝茶、喝酒、吃水果之外,冷饮也要避免,以免刺激肠胃。
吃完海鲜不要马上游泳:同样是出于保护胃肠道的考虑,吃完海鲜后不要马上游泳。
